Landlight supports Manufacturer Warranties. In all cases these warranties are for manufacturer defects. The manufacturer warranties vary in both time frame and claim procedures. Landlight will endeavor to process your warranty quickly.

COVID 19 Return/Warranty Procedures

All returns will be placed in a plastic bag and labeled with the date of return. The items will be held in quarantine before they are returned to stock/warranty processed.

Manufacturer Warranties

Kichler

Fixtures:

• Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel housing and exterior finishes = Fifteen (15) years.
• Centennial Brass Finish (CBR) housing and exterior finish = Ten (10) years.
• Aluminum (AZT & BKT) housing and exterior finishes = Five (5) years.
• LED Light Engines and Electrical Components (integrated fixtures).
• Consumer purchasers = Fifteen (15) years or 40,000 hours, whichever comes first.
• Commercial purchasers = Ten (10) years or 40,000 hours, whichever comes first. 

Accessories:

• Product numbers starting with "15" or "16" = One (1) year.

Accent & Flood Lights:

• VLO Accent & Flood Lights = Fifteen (15) years.
• Gen 1.5 Integrated LED Accent Lights = Ten (10) years.

Transformers:

• Smart Control Transformer (SCT) = Five (5) years on electronics - original owner.
• Standard/Economy Series (E) = Five (5) years.
• Manual Series (M), Plus Series (PL), and In-Ground (IGT) = Ten (10) years.
• Contractor Series (CS), and Pro Series (PR) = Lifetime - original owner.
• Integrated timers and photocell sensors = Five (5) years.
• Black (BK) and Bronze (AZ) polycarbonate finishes = Five (5) years.
• Factory painted exterior (AZT) = Ten (10) years.
• Stainless steel exterior finishes = same as the respective transformer series.

Fixtures:

• Bt and Integrated LED = Ten (10) years.

Transformers:

• TF Series = Two (2) years.
• IT Series = Lifetime.

• BT and LED lamps = Ten (10) years.

• PAR36, MR16 and Miniature LED lamps (G4, G5.3, SCB, S8, and T5) = Four (4) years.
